Some time in the last week or two (?), it seems like
CodeGen/X86/AMX/amx-fast-tile-config.mir started failing -- but unreliably so
-- during the second stage of my multi-stage bot. The first stage is being
compiled with clang-12 with optimizations and no asserts. The second stage that
is failing unreliably is built with optimizations and asserts.
