Sorry for the late reply! This somehow didn't pass my filter.. Anyway, I tested
your code against the ToT LLVM
(https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/commit/56cd2f93e0f431883518a1d20bd033fe252fa2e4)
and also the latest Emsdk release (2.0.30) and the crash didn't happen. I'm not
sure what the problem was more than a month ago at this point, but I hope
upgrading Emsdk works for you.
I'll mark this as resolved; if things don't work for you please reopen the
issue.
