Was trying to read documentation and release information about older versions
of LLVM on https://releases.llvm.org/ and about every other URL is a 404.
For example, the release notes for 9.0.1 (located here :
https://releases.llvm.org/9.0.1/docs/ReleaseNotes.html) gives me a 404.
Additionally the documentation for that same release is also missing.
I also found dead links for the 7.1 release.
