### Why Are you requesting commit access ?
I'm requesting commit access to make it easier for me to contribute to BOLT.
I'm hoping to be able to use user branches or the Graphite tool for breaking up big changes into stacked PRs. Both require commit access.
Without commit access I also cannot add other users to reviewers: this would be useful to add the folks with expertise in the technical topic I am working with, but who may not be code owners for the files I'm changing. GitHub only adds the code-owners by default to reviewers.
