I've sort of modified this branch to use clang but this needs to be done much better.

1.) We should thread option to use clang in the the rts
2.) For now I disabled Werror but we should not remove it for clang bud modify the code.
3.) We should add uthash as dependency for LLVM and add README instructions on how to install it for use with gibbon
