### Why Are you requesting commit access ?
I contribute to CIRCT and have some patches [merged](https://github.com/llvm/circt/pulls?q=is%3Apr+author%3AKavyaChopra04+is%3Aclosed) in already. This would give me write access to merge my own PRs once I've addressed the reviews without polling maintainers unnecessarily
