mlir-opt version: 22.1.0-rc1
The crash is triggered while processing a `tensor.from_elements` operation producing a tensor<4xindex>. The pass internally casts an Attribute to IntegerAttr incorrectly, causing a hard assertion failure.
```
module {
func.func @main() {
%0 = ub.poison : index
%1 = spirv.Undef : !spirv.array<4 x !spirv.array<4 x i32>>
%2 = tensor.from_elements %0, %0, %0, %0 : tensor<4xindex>
return
}
}
```
```
mlir-opt --convert-memref-to-spirv
```
```
mlir-opt: llvm-project-llvmorg-22.1.0-rc1/llvm/include/llvm/Support/Casting.h:560: decltype(auto) llvm::cast(const From&) [with To = mlir::IntegerAttr; From = mlir::Attribute]: Assertion `isa<To>(Val) && "cast<Ty>() argument of incompatible type!"' failed.
PLEASE submit a bug report to https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/issues/ and include the crash backtrace and instructions to reproduce the bug.
