Running mlir-opt --eliminate-empty-tensors on a valid MLIR module crashes with an UNREACHABLE due to bufferizesToMemoryRead not implemented.
```mlir
module {
func.func @main() {
%0 = "tosa.const"() <{values = dense<0> : tensor<1xi32>}> : () -> tensor<1xi32>
%1 = pdl_interp.create_attribute {value = dense<0> : tensor<1xi32>}
%2 = "emitc.variable"() <{value = #emitc.opaque<"">}> : () -> !emitc.lvalue<i32>
%3 = tensor.cast %0 : tensor<1xi32> to tensor<1xi32>
%4 = sparse_tensor.new %3 : tensor<1xi32> to tensor<1xi32, #sparse_tensor.encoding<{ map = (d0) -> (d0 : compressed) }>>
return
}
}
```
```
mlir-opt --eliminate-empty-tensors test.mlir
```
```
