## Bug Description
Building LLVM with GCC 15.2+ and C++23 standard fails due to `llvm::SuccIterator` missing a default constructor. GCC 15's libstdc++ strictly enforces C++23 iterator concepts, requiring `std::reverse_iterator<_Iterator>`'s underlying iterator to be default-constructible.
