### Why Are you requesting commit access ?
I have contributed to `MLIR` in the past and am currently working on `clang-repl` and `cling`. I already have a couple of merged PRs/commits and will continue contributing to LLVM. I want to be able to merge my own PRs after they are approved instead of pinging the reviewers to merge on my behalf.
