### Why Are you requesting commit access ?
I used to have commit access and worked for the Clang static analyzer team. But I resigned from that list due to my inactivity in last two years. I am now back to the project, and it would be more convenient for me to commit my PRs directly, as we have only a few contributors in this team. Thank you.
