Log:
Fix support for -m32 on x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu. This has the effect
of always making the target triple (in llvm bc files) be i386-* instead
of i586-* etc, but this shouldn't impact anything in LLVM (which is
driven by cpu attributes) in theory.
