Testcase (reproduce with opt -instcombine -indvars)
Attached crashes with "opt -instcombine -indvars
bugpoint-reduced-simplified.bc".
Note that this is reduced from the same testcase as bug 4009, but this is still
an issue with current trunk (r69841).
