Initial FSF patch to gcc 4.2.1
The switch to GPLv3 in FSF sources was done after r127959
(gcc-4.2.2-Prerelease),
this left a set of bug fixes and enhancements that are still under GPLv2 and
that can be applied to llvm-gcc.
A first set of changes that applies cleanly is included in the attached patch.
FreeBSD, which will also not adopt GPL3 code, has some rather small of bug
fixes that would be good to have in order to be able to build FreeBSD with
llvm-gcc.
