I'm using the Windows build from http://llvm.org/builds/ (r192445). There is a
VC12 (Visual Studio 2013) toolset now, but unfortunately only the property
sheets (toolset-vs2013.props and toolset-vs2013_xp.props) are included, the
.target files are missing.
