When landing on the clang homepage, it should be brain dead obvious how to
download it.
Currently it's two clicks away behind a link called "get and build".
This page:
http://llvm.org/releases/
Should be prominently displayed on the home page with the word "download"
appearing somewhere nearby or as the link text.
