When building libc++ on windows (llvm/clang compiled w/ msvc) for windows
(i386-pc-windows-msvc), an ICE occurs with the message:
Should not have been asked to emit this
UNREACHABLE executed at
D:\Work\Thirdparty\clang-3.7.0\clang\lib\CodeGen\CGVTables.cpp:746
Attached stack trace (from VS, sorry!) and the generated diagnostic cpp and sh.
