download list (http://llvm.org/releases/download.html) contains 32-bit Windows
binaries but not 64-bit Windows binaries. Please add the 64-bit binaries.
Use case: I am trying to use libclang with the Python bindings, but my version
of Python is 64-bit and it will not use the 32-bit libclang.dll
