When a review on phab finishes and the author commits, phab seems to send out
an email with the patch in it and no other content. It should say that the
review is being closed or something.
For example, in http://reviews.llvm.org/D10468, the change was committed here:
http://lists.cs.uiuc.edu/pipermail/llvm-commits/Week-of-Mon-20150615/282005.html
and phab sent a fairly uninformative email to the list 4 minutes later, here:
http://lists.cs.uiuc.edu/pipermail/llvm-commits/Week-of-Mon-20150615/282007.html
