The fact that llvm-commits needs to be added manually and diff discarded when
it is forgoten is kind of ridiculous. It can be automated easily by someone
with phab admin rights.
Go to herald and create a new rule (http://reviews.llvm.org/herald/new/)
Choose Differential Diffs.
Choose Global.
- Condition always (or llvm-commits not subscribed if one want to play nice).
- Add subscriber: llvm-commits
This will avoid a lot of mess up with phabricator.
