Just for fun, last night I wrote a script that opens a WAV file and outputs
what notes the samples are playing, like A4, C#5, E3, etc. This could be a
useful tool for LMMS. Where do you suppose it could be integrated? Maybe in
the piano roll there could be a tool button to open a sample and transcribe
it into notes. Any ideas on this feature? I have the theory behind it
complete; I just need a nice smooth way to integrate it into lmms's GUI.
