Hi,
Are there enough developers, or do the developers have time, to work on
items found in the roadmap on the wiki?
Many of them are still classified as suggestions but IMO some should
incontestably be made official. Could we open a discussion about the items
on the roadmap and which ones are "must haves"? I think a more ambitious
roadmap will help illustrate that we're serious about growing this project.
If there isn't currently the development power to expand on LMMS, I would
also be open to a discussion of methods for campaigning to attract
developers (and be willing to put in a lot of effort here).
I think LMMS has a really strong start and with another year of polish and
active community support it could compete with FL (or other DAWs) in a way
that is more attractive to a wider demographic of musicians.
Kind regards to all,
Pete B
