Hi everyone... well mainly the awesome coders of LMMS! The only unfortunate problem with preventing Ubuntu's Unity from grabbing the menu is that HUD no longer works. For those of you unfamiliar with HUD, it is the app menu searching tool. Is there some way to circumvent the movable close button issue and still keep the integrated HUD menu? I like using the HUD for certain actions, as it saves keystrokes mouse movements and helps find an option that you may not already know where it is exactly (though LMMS menus are very simple and straight forward... this feature is more useful in GIMP or inkscape with LOTS of effects) This may help with porting it to OSX which also has integrated app menus... though I don't know if OSX can grab any menu.
