To be fair, "taking it by the horns" is actually much more than wiki
syntax. It's managing, updating and securing it, which in some cases could
need much more than basic wiki and html skills. Its also helping plan the
longevity of it on our site. Since the technologies that drive these
things is constantly being questioned, the "owner" of the wiki may have
some valuable input to those discussions, when they actually come to
fruition.
