I had an idea, but it would probably involve some work. Would it be
possible to refactor out the lmms specific code into their own classes and
call them as needed from within their respective areas of lmms specific
code?
This way we eliminate the need to maintain the versions as that would fall
on the distro. I only see potential issues here on windows and probably mac
with this idea.
