If there's a place to draw the line, this would be it. I dislike  
spaces in file names, and I'm not too fond of capital letters either.  
Not to mention most punctuation and non-ASCII characters. But I'm  
perfectly OK with all of those in preset (and track) names.

So, any forced relation between preset names and file names will limit  
my choices. A reasonable prefilled file name is cool when saving, but  
even that should IMO be sanitized. (there was this bug recently about  
file names containing colons...)
