- Fixes hard crash when opening Zyn gui on Windows
- Fixes #892 "show voice parameters" Zyn crash on Windows XP
- Fixes #759 "visual artifacts" bugs.
Please note #892 and #759 should be addressed upstream. #892 can be
addressed by Toby and #759 will have to be examined by the ZynAddSubFX
team. If these bugs come back, it's probably because they never made it
upstream. :)
