Ok. Here is the latest win32 builds which use Toby's newly fixed build
scripts/PPA items (replaces pthreads with winpthreads, new fftw dlls).

These were built yesterday which means they are 100% up to date with the
commits.
Release notes (Draft):
- Fixed SF2 velocity/panning bug
- Updated translations (Italian, German)
- Added lib64 to LADSPA search paths (Linux)
- Win32 switched from using pthreads to winpthreads
- Fix bug with LADSPA Bode frequency shifter (CV)
Please note, I haven't got confirmation that the SF2 bug is actually fixed.
Someone should test that before we make that claim. :)
