Not exactly intended or not-intended... Random waveform is random (no
meme intended), so whenever the waveform display is refreshed, it gets
refreshed with a new representation of randomness. The waveform
displayed in the graph does not represent the actual waveform applied on
the instrument, since the actual waveform is... random.

Not a bug, you're just setting the interval for randomization so slow
that it takes minutes to take effect.

What could be done (and is already a TODO) is make sure the random wave
initializes at a random value at the start of the note, instead of
starting from 0 always.
