It's hard to say. There's no one forcing the team to work on those they
were instead a placeholder that I believe Jonathan was using to push tasks
off into the future. In reality, some of those (such as the window color
being something other than blue) could be fixed and make it into 1.1 if
someone was ambitious enough). The milestones don't necessarily hold any
merit like they would in a sponsored project. We have volunteers and we
are happy with whatever they can work on. :)
