No, that's not even close to it, but this is getting a bit too much into
specifics and off topic...

Cool. In either case, we're still going to need some internal
representation of global tempo map, where all tempo values in all points
of the song would be cached, and we would also need to cache the
framespertick-values in a similar lookup map. This can then be used to
make sampletracks work properly.

But all of this will have to wait until we get the memorymanager and
other core improvements done and working. Sadly I haven't had much time
to code lately, but hopefully I'll have some time to dig in again in the
near future.
