Well, you know, perhaps I made such a page on the wiki without linking to it,

I talked a little about this with grejppi and Uros, and they thought it
would be difficult to differ keyboards from regular MIDI controllers since
both work and are the same, so that is why there is no difference between
keyboards and controllers in the list. I or you could add a "type" column if
you want.
