Actually a full uninstall won't work xD
You just have to put your theme folder to the default one, it's the
fastest and easiest way to fix theme upgrade problems!

Not sure exactly, but just fix it in preferences, rename your
$HOME/.lmmsrc.xml file or if on Windows, do a full uninstall prior to
upgrading. P.S. This has got to be our most common bug! :)
