That appears to be a nice DAW and although it bares some visual
similarities to LMMS, this conversation is probably better left for the
forums.
If you demo version 4 and feel strongly that it may be in violation of our
GPL, please do let us know, however, from the marketing material you have
linked, I find it to be speculative, inconclusive and unlikely.
