Not so odd when you consider an uninstall target has not been written.
I,however, never install to /usr or /opt or anything. I prefer seperate
target directories (installprefixes) per-branch.

I do agree one should be written. But, we will want to be careful to only
remove files we explicitly installed (don't just wipe the directories)
