My recommendation (although it probably doesn't help at this stage) is to
create a new "Beat/Bassline" for each group of piano rolls and then use the
"Song-Editor" to move and copy/past the "Beat/Bassline" tracks.

Last I used it, FLStudio had some very similar limitations and I've watched
tutorials where people get frustrated when working with multiple patterns,
etc.

Even copy/paste/undo has some serious limitations, but its getting better
