oops- forgot to reply a query: Yes, LibreOffice allows exporting to
HTML/mediawiki code.

Exporting to HTML is a single-step process. (Never tried though).

However, the actual creation of a wiki takes a lot of effort:
1. The wiki index has to be created first. This creates blank content-pages.
(This part is easy: simply copy+paste the index of odt/pdf file)
2. The LibreOffice's export to Mediawiki is not perfect, so a lot of junk
characters are inserted, which have to be cleaned up.
3. Text from all individual exported pages has to be copied and pasted in
the corresponding content page of wiki.
4. All images have to be named individually and saved in special folder of
the wiki site
5. All the images have to be individually inserted in the relevant wiki
pages.

I have done this twice; and it is tedious work.
