Hello Andrew, 

I deleted CMakeCache.txt and reran ./compile_muse.sh.  The results were the 
same as before with the output plugin.h:143:41: error: 'PluginI' has not 
been declared.  cbuild reported that only the Native VST component will be 
built.  Sorry I don't have a github account to add a new issue .. and also 
that I was too late to report during the beta test.  Thanks for your 
contributions as Muse is really great software.
