Simply lasso the tracks you want, then CTRL_E, then the piano roll opens with
ALL selected tracks in one editor.
A muse original feature.

Yes, it's not obvious and possibly not documented, but simply
select several parts in the Arranger, even from different tracks,
then select from the main menu 'Pianoroll' (or 'Drum' editor),
and then the Pianoroll editor will open showing ALL the selected parts.
So the Pianoroll has a 'current' selected part whose notes are drawn
coloured, while notes from all the selected other parts are grayed.
To change the 'current' part chose 'Next part' or 'Previous part' from the
pianoroll editor's menu or simply hit Alt + left or right arrow keys.
You don't have to do that all the time - the 'current' part will
automatically change when you select various notes and so on.
I think the idea behind the original concept is that by allowing a single part
to be edited in the pianoroll, it is a bit more manageable with respect
to horizontal scroll bar etc. More compacted for viewing.
I was reviewing this concept the other day when I reviewed another software
and I noticed all of a track's parts are always shown in its editor,
all in one long stream.
But I guess I'm tending to like our concept instead, I suppose
for the flexibility.
