Actually MusE has anti-circular routing (see user manual pdf for details - press F1) so it might not even let you attempt this. Routes and Auxes which would cause circular routing are grayed out, forbidding the connection. > Is there a more straightfoward solution? I'd recommend experimenting with Group Tracks. Auxes and Group Tracks are two ways to deal with routing several signals through one common path. In this case Group Tracks might fit the bill more appropriately. In my recordings I tend to use Group Tracks but rarely Aux tracks, but I know the Auxes offer some convenient advantages over Group Tracks. Each has its strengths.
