I can also get a deadlock with only two queues: one ordered and one of any type
(atomic, parallel or ordered) when run on two or more cores.
It seems that the deadlock is there even when ping ponging events between the
two queues (i.e. not sendng back to oneself, always
queue-ordered->queue2->queue-ordered->queue2)
If at startup only one event is sent to one of the two queues then everything
works, but as soon as 2 or more events are used then deadlock occurs.
