API-NEXT CI has been broken for weeks when LCOV is enabled
compile flags are -fprofile-arcs -ftest-coverage -O0 --no-inline -g
This fails locally for me
~/git/check-odp$ LCOV=1 GIT_BRANCH=api-next ./build.sh
