I've verified this bug happens but I don't understand why. If you look at the
generated .o file (odp_pktio_perf.o in this case) nm reports that it DOES NOT
contain any of the symbols that are claimed to be unresolved. These are, as
expected, static inline functions and hence have no external visibility that
needs linker support to resolve. Similarly, they do not appear in the ODP
library (libodp-linux.a).
I'll add this to the discussion on Monday's ARCH call in case anyone has any
suggestions as to what might be going on.
