travis: deploy Doxygen documentation automatically to GitHub Pages
After a successful master branch build ODP API documentation is
automatically deployed to repo's GitHub Pages website
(https://<user_name>.github.io/odp/).
To enable this a personal GitHub access token has to be saved into
GH_REPO_TOKEN environment variable in Travis repository settings. The token
requires 'public_repo' scope.
