I'm not sure of the exact steps in itunes (I don't use this method myself) but it's something like this: connect your iphone to your computer, open itunes, go to the section for the iphone. There should be a list of selectable items, such as device summary, music, apps, etc. Go to the apps section and in there you should see Loadstone. I'm not exactly sure what you do from there but there should be something about shared files. From shared files you should be able to copy the various loadstone files. The directory structure should be self-explanitory. The process may be slightly different depending on if you're using itunes for windows or on the mac but this should give you a general idea of how to proceed. Good luck.

Does anybody know how to copy files from Loadstone to my computer
using ITunes? I've heard that "sucks." I wouldn't ask but my email
program does not allow me to email myself files like my database
because of its large size.

Thank You,
