Ik denk dat het onderliggende pagina's zijn. Die zullen niet in de
inhoudsopgave staan. Ik denk dat ze worden aangeroepen op het
moment dat je op een link klikt in een bepaalde Help-pagina.

As a first opinion I would say that these are probably underlying pages
which are not included in the index. I think the acces to this pages is
regulated by clicking on a link in a Help-page.
I will try to compare the index-file with the AllFiles that Rafaella
provided. (provided the Index will build correctly this time in Windows,
but I will let you know.)
