[loc] Attached review of sImpress to issue 59216

Hello all,

just attached the review of the sDraw part from the NL_Help
to issue 59216.
This contains the files simpress/00/00000004.xhp until simpress/main0503.xhp


I don't know who is going to make the changes on the projectpage c.q. 
projectfiles. Bert M. had to do other work/things.
