Sorry for the late reply. I encountered the same problems you did, and I
cannot understand how and why these mnemonics behave like they do, as
they were correct in OOo 2.0.2. I will make an issue for it, but unsure
whether it will arrive in time for 2.0.4

I never took the trouble to look in the issues to the Accelerator keys.
However, in my current version (2.0.3) I have to hit Alt-B-N-N to get to
Bestand|Nieuw. Also Alt-B-F-Enter for print preview. (Both Writer)
So if it is possible to remove all the double accelerators, I would be
very thankful! So - took a quick look in the Wiki - maybe Alt-B-Z could
be used for Ver~zenden, te prevent the double with P~DF ?
