Rafaella, please be advised that Dutch OOo community is having big problems with the OnLine Help from the localized NL-build of OOo23 on Windows.
Main problem is that pages are shown with such a speed that noone can read them (just a flicker and thats it), pages won't open, pages are just partially displayed, pages won't link furhter to other pages.
I think that this build is definitely unsuitable for testing/controlling the Help-files.
