There are already lists for Spanish speaking ubunteros, Take a look in the LoCo section at www.ubuntu-es.org - the Ubuntu portal for the Spanish community.
The ubuntu-es-locos team has a list that is supposed to play the role of a LoCo contact list in Spanish, among other organizational roles. It's in launchpad. Suerte! R.
